Ben’s Tennis
Ben Conviser
I’ve been playing tennis since I was 4 and started competing in USTA tournaments at 8. What began as a love for the game became the foundation for how I live: focus, grit, and the discipline to battle the next point, no matter what.
Now, I’m a student at the University of Miami, where I continue training, playing, and integrating tennis into everything I do, from health coaching to content creation. Whether I’m creating viral videos, leading 1:1 coaching clients, or simply staying dialed into my own routine, tennis still fuels my mindset.
It taught me how to show up, reset, and rally. And that’s exactly what I help others do now, both on and off the court.
Why I Still Play
I don’t play tennis just because I’m good at it, I play because it keeps me grounded, focused, and challenged. Every time I step on the court, it’s an opportunity to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Win or lose, I’m always asking myself: how can I show up better next time? That mindset didn’t just help me in matches, it shaped how I approach food, fitness, business, and life. Because without the right mindset, it’s impossible to become who you’re meant to be.
